These terms apply to the public Reclaim Ledger website while the service and its operating company are being established.
Development status
Reclaim Ledger is a service in development. Legal entity formation is in progress. The website does not currently offer a paid recovery engagement, accept claim authority, or create an attorney-client, fiduciary, or agency relationship.
No government affiliation
Reclaim Ledger is not a government agency and is not affiliated with state unclaimed-property programs. Owners can search and file directly through official programs, often at no charge.
Informational use
State links, requirements, and research statuses are provided for general information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice and do not guarantee eligibility, filing acceptance, timing, or recovery.
Official websites
Links to official and third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their content, availability, privacy practices, and security are controlled by their respective operators.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit another person's sensitive data, or use the service to impersonate an owner or representative.
