This notice describes the limited information handling used by the Reclaim Ledger website during product development and early access.
Operator status
Reclaim Ledger is a service in development. Legal entity formation is in progress. This notice will be updated with the legal company name and registered contact details after formation.
Information handled now
The public company-check tool keeps the entered company name in your browser and opens the selected official state website. It does not send the company name to Reclaim Ledger.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any business information you choose to include. Standard hosting and security logs may contain request time, browser information, and network identifiers used to operate and protect the site.
Use and disclosure
Information is used to answer inquiries, evaluate early-access demand, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Operational providers may process the minimum information needed to host, secure, and deliver email.
Sensitive information
Do not submit SSNs, tax IDs, banking information, identity documents, claim documents, or credentials through the website or by email. Production document collection is not enabled.
Requests and contact
To request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent directly to us, email privacy@reclaimledger.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
